1. Have a prescription? Need Glasses?
2. Click on the Westgroupe Link to view the frames that are available.
3. Choose a frame, Contact Polar Vision with the Frame information: Style number, Color Number and Size.
Also we will need a copy of your prescription. You can scan email this to us or even take a picture and send it.
4. If you need any assistance with either please contact us and we will be happy to help.
5. Once Polar Vision has this information we will process your order. That’s it!
6. Your glasses will be sent back to the Health Centre in your Community for you to pick up.
7. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the completion of NIHB orders.
