- Choose a frame [ NOTE: Superflex Frames are 100% covered under the NIHB Program, no upgrade fee required]. Contact Polar Vision Centres LTD with the frame information: style number, colour number and size. Also, we will need a copy of your prescription. You can scan email this to us or even take a picture and send it.
- If you need any assistance with either please contact us and we will be happy to help.
- Once Polar Vision Centres LTD has this information, we will process your order. That’s it!
- Your glasses will be sent back to the Health Centre in your Community for you to pick up.
- Please allow 4-6 weeks for the completion of NIHB orders.
